Michael & Evie

Michael & Evie were wed in Loughborough on Saturday, and I had the pleasure of capturing their special day.  Despite heightened apprehension over the  forecast of torrential rain, to my delight the day dawned cold & crisp, the perfect morning for a late autumn wedding. As its a heck of a trek from Preston ( where both Michael and myself hail from ) they decided to hold the ceremony followed by a buffet in Evies hometown of Loughborough, and to have the evening reception the following week for all the Prestonites that were unable to travel. When Aisha first approached me to ask if I would photograph her upcoming wedding, I felt very privileged, and to be perfectly candid, a little daunted  Sharing a loved ones special day is a joyous occasion in itself, but having the opportunity to capture their unique personalities and the overflowing  love& laughter in images they will keep for a lifetime....that is truly special.
